The photography exhibition "Art that flies" opened at Moscow Domodedovo Airport

5 February, 2019. Domodedovo, Moscow region. Moscow Domodedovo Airport collaborated with Embraer company to present unique photographs of E-JET E2 airplanes’ line-up at “Art that flies” exhibition. On planes’ fuselage, an art designer portrayed animals resembling E2 qualities – an eagle, a tiger, and a shark.

"Just like Embraer’s new E2, each of the three predators that inspired these remarkable liveries manifests maximum efficiency and performance", said Martyn Holmes, the Vice President Europe, and Russia & Central Asia for Embraer Commercial Aviation. "These capabilities are vital both for predators hunting in the wild and for the E2 hunting down profits in the highly competitive aviation industry”, - added Mr. Holmes.

Embraer’s designer Clodoaldo Quintana painted airplanes by hand using cylinders of compressed air that power high-pressure paint guns.

“Last September Moscow Domodedovo Airport accommodated the Shark” E190-E2, mentioned Daria Korshunova, PR Director at the company. Mrs. Korshunova added that this aircraft participated in various air shows across the world starting from Farnborough Airshow.

On a regular basis, Moscow Domodedovo Airport handles Embraer airplanes. Our partners including S7 Airlines, Belavia, Montenegro Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Air Moldova and Komiaviatrans use Embraer jets.
