MEET AND ASSIST SERVICE FOR UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

This is a meet and assist service for unaccompanied minors aged 12 to 18. It allows parents not to worry about their child's safety at the airport before departure or after arrival.

To use the service, the parent or legal guardian must, together with the child, check in for the flight and then go to the "Information" desk in the departure hall of domestic airlines or to the "Passenger Service" desk in the new segment of the passenger terminal (T2).

An airport employee will accept the child for escort upon presentation of a boarding pass, passport or birth certificate, help with all pre-flight formalities, and monitor boarding the aircraft.

To arrange meet and assist service for an unaccompanied minor, the parent/legal guardian must have an identity document with them.

DEPARTURE

• The service is provided 1 hour before the scheduled departure time of the flight;
• the child is accepted for escort from the parent / legal guardian upon presentation of a boarding pass;
• The full name of the parent / legal guardian must match the full name specified in the service request;
• the parent / legal guardian must be in the airport until the actual departure of the aircraft;
• the child is escorted to the aircraft and the fact of boarding the aircraft is monitored. If the aircraft is parked remotely, the minor passenger is transported in a separate vehicle;
• in case of flight delay, the airport employee stays with the unaccompanied passenger for 1 hour on a domestic flight and for 2 hours on an international flight. If these time intervals are exceeded, the child is transferred to the parents / legal representatives for the duration of the flight delay.

ARRIVAL

• The unaccompanied minor is met with a sign at the passenger boarding bridge or at the aircraft. If the aircraft is parked remotely, the child is transported in a separate vehicle;
• the escort transfers the unaccompanied minor to the greeter in the arrival area of domestic / international flights;
• The full name of the greeter must match the full name specified in the application for the transfer of the child;
• the duration of the service is 1 hour from the moment the aircraft lands;
• If the child is not picked up by the parents / legal representatives within 1 hour from the moment the plane lands, the employee transfers the unaccompanied passenger to the Domodedovo Airport LPU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The cost of the service is 4500 rubles (including VAT 20%)

The tariff is valid from May 15, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS

The recommended arrival time at the airport is no later than 1.5 hours before the flight departure. After registering an unaccompanied passenger for the flight, proceed to the MAAS desk, where an airport employee will meet you.

When ordering additional options, the recommended arrival time at the airport is no later than 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure time. In case of non-compliance with the recommended time interval, Domodedovo Airport has the right to refuse to provide the service.
