Airport procedures assistance service

The assistance service will make it easy to go through pre-flight and post-flight procedures.

Service hours: around the clock.




Service can be purchased:

  • on our website lounge.dme.ru;
  • at the information desk in the passenger terminal (Meeting Point).

This service is especially relevant for:

  • unaccompanied children over 12 years old;
  • passengers traveling with children;
  • elderly passengers;
  • passengers traveling for the first time.

What is included in the service?

DEPARTURE:

  • passenger meeting in the terminal building at the information desk;
  • assistance during the passage of airport procedures (waiting for boarding with the passenger is not included):
  • - check-in and baggage claim
    - preflight inspection
    - customs and passport control (if the flight is international);
  • assistance before boarding;
  • passenger information support during assistance.

ARRIVAL:

  • passenger meeting with a sign:
  • - near the jet bridge (if the aircraft is installed under the jet bridge)
    - near the entrance to the arrivals area (if the aircraft is installed in a remote parking lot);
  • assistance during passport and customs control (if the flight is international);
  • assistance in the baggage claim area;
  • assistance to any designated point in the building of the passenger terminal;
  • passenger information support.

TRANSFER:

  • meeting near the jet bridge with a sign (if the aircraft is installed at a remote parking lot, the passenger is met near the entrance to the arrival area);
  • assistance at all stages of airport procedures to the gate or to the departure area with a recommendation for obtaining information about the boarding gate from the monitors (waiting for boarding with the passenger is not included).
  • passenger information support during assistance.

Recommended arrival time* at the airport – no later than 1.5 hours
before the scheduled departure time.
On arrival, head to the Meeting Point counter,
where the airport staff will meet you.

*When ordering additional options, recommended arrival time at the airport – no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. In case of non-compliance with the recommended time interval, Domodedovo Airport has the right to refuse to provide services.

* When submitting a one-time application for a group of passengers departing / arriving on the same flight and arriving at a single time at the airport, a discount of 50% is given for each next passenger in the group.

Additional Information

When ordering additional options, please call us at +7 (495) 933-66-66 / +7 (495) 504-02-95 15-30 minutes before arrival at the airport, providing the place of arrival, main signs (if available, model and car plate number).

Also note:
  • the “Airport procedures assistance service” does not include accelerated pre-flight / after-flight procedures;
  • the services “Providing a porter” and “assisting a passenger in the forecourt area” are additional options and are not provided separately.

Information for parents / legal representatives of unaccompanied minor passengers

A minor child aged 12 to 18 years old cannot order service.
To arrange a meeting and assistance of a minor child, the parent / legal representative must have an identification document with him.
The services «Passenger assistance in the forecourt area» and «Airport procedures assistance service (transfer)» do not apply to this category of passengers.

ASSISTANCE OF MINOR PASSENGERS UPON DEPARTURE:

  • the service is provided 1 hour before the scheduled time of flight departure;
  • an unaccompanied minor passenger is accepted for assistance from a parent / legal representative upon presentation of a boarding pass;
  • the name of the parent / legal representative transferring the minor passenger must match those indicated in the application for the provision of the service;
  • the parent / legal representative agrees to be in the airport until the actual departure of the aircraft;
  • if the aircraft is installed in a remote parking lot, delivery is carried out in a separate vehicle to the side of the aircraft;
  • if the flight is delayed, the airport employee is staying with an unaccompanied minor passenger for 1 hour on the domestic flight and for 2 hours on the international flight. If these time intervals are exceeded, an unaccompanied minor passenger is transferred to the parents / legal representatives for the duration of the flight delay.
Do not forget to specify in the representative office of the carrier airline the conditions for the transportation of unaccompanied minors from 12 to 18 years and the list of documents required for the flight.

ASSISTANCE OF MINOR PASSENGERS ON ARRIVAL:

  • if the aircraft is installed in a remote parking lot, delivery in a separate vehicle from the aircraft;
  • the assistant transfers the minor passenger to a meeting person in the arrivals area of domestic / international flights;
  • Name of the person meeting must match those indicated in the application for the provision of the service;
  • the duration of the service — 1 hour from the moment of landing of the aircraft *.
* In case of late arrival / absence of the parent / legal representative and after 1 hour from the moment the aircraft landing, the airport employee transfers the unaccompanied minor passenger to the Police office.
