The departing passenger is advised to arrive at the airport no later than:
- 1 hour 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the domestic flight;
- 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the international flight;
- 2 hours 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight, should you travel with a pet or have weapons in your luggage or goods that need to be declared; please be sure to adjust your arrival time by 30 minutes.
Cancellation and alteration of the order is possible no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
Individuals can take advantage of the VIP lounge service no later than 2 hours before the flight departure/arrival:
- By contacting a VIP lounge employee at the entrance;
- On the website dmestore.ru
Please note that the completed application must be submitted no later than 4 hours before the planned time of visiting the VIP lounge.

Children under 6 years old are served free of charge; children from 6 to 12 years old - 50% of the applicable tariff.
Notes:
- The tariff applies to a group of passengers, consisting of at least N people (see application conditions) older than 6 years old, who submitted a single application for the purchase of the service and provided that they depart/arrive on the same flight. Children under 6 years old are not included in the group.
- Personal service for a transfer passenger in the VIP lounge when applying simultaneously for arrival/departure flights with a connection of no more than 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel the service no later than 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time of the flight. In case of violation of the deadline for canceling the booked service, the funds will not be refunded.
If a paid application is canceled on time, you can:
- Use this payment when processing subsequent applications;
- Arrange a refund (a refund is made only after the Executor receives the original application, a bank card, a cash receipt, and a post-terminal check).
