Claiming your baggage
You can claim your luggage in the baggage claim area upon arrival (domestic flights) or after going through passport control (international flights).
Your baggage will be on the baggage carousel
indicated on the information board.
Oversized baggage and strollers can be claimed in a dedicated sector of the baggage claim area. Follow the signs.
Your baggage has been damaged?
Your baggage / cabin baggage is missing?
When claiming baggage
check that the baggage tag number coincides with the number indicated
on the claim ticket.
For your convenience, free baggage carts are available in the domestic ans international arrivals areas.
