Baggage missing

Missing baggage rate at Moscow Domodedovo Airport is one of the lowest globally. If your baggage is missing, we will make every effort to locate it.

Your baggage is missing on the carousel. What can be done?

Contact the baggage tracing agent to fill out the missing baggage form.
Present your travel documents (flight ticket, baggage tags).
Domestic flights:
With the help of the baggage tracing agent, fill out the missing baggage statement (PIR), evidencing that the baggage is missing.

International flights: Request from the baggage tracing agent the missing baggage file (AHL) printout,
evidencing that the baggage is missing.
Present the documents to the airline that operated the flight.

Applicable Russian legislation limits the baggage tracing period to 21 calendar days.

Baggage found

Airline representatives will contact you to inform that your baggage has been found.
Baggage will be either delivered to you or deposited with unclaimed baggage and found items. The storage period for unclaimed baggage and found items is a month from the date of receipt.
