If your baggage is damaged

(EXTERNAL / INTERNAL DAMAGE, BAGGAGE CONTENTS MISSING)

Upon arrival you have discovered damage to your baggage?

Report damage to your baggage. To do this, contact the agent on duty in the baggage claim area. He or she will assist you in filling out the claim form .



To fill out the claim form, you will need:

ID document and documentary evidence of air travel:

  • flight ticket (or its copy) / e-ticket printout / boarding pass;
  • baggage claim ticket.

After filling out the claim form, contact the airline.
