• Passengers traveling with children
• Elderly passengers

What's included in the service?

ON DEPARTURE:

Meeting the passenger at the forecourt near cube A4 (domestic flights) or A6 (international flights), after the turnstile at the exit from the railway platform, covered parking P2 at the entrance to the tunnel leading to the airport terminal, or at the Assistance counter.

Delivery of baggage and carry-on luggage from the meeting point to the check-in desks assigned to the flight. If there is a queue at check-in, the porter hands over the baggage and carry-on luggage to the passenger (the porter does not wait in line with the passenger).

ON ARRIVAL:

1. Meeting the passenger in the "Baggage Claim" area:

• If it is an international flight.

The porter delivers the passenger's baggage and carry-on luggage to the customs control area:

• Informs the passenger about the need to independently choose the "green" / "red" corridor.
• Hands over the baggage trolley with baggage and carry-on luggage to the passenger for passing through customs control and informs them about meeting the passenger after passing through customs control.

2. After exiting the "Baggage Claim" area:

• Delivers the passenger's baggage and carry-on luggage to the vehicle on the forecourt / TOL (Transport and Logistics Zone) / Railway Station / parking lots P1, P2.
• Assists with loading baggage and carry-on luggage into the vehicle if the car is waiting on the forecourt / parking lots P1, P2 (when loading into an electric train, baggage and carry-on luggage is delivered to the passenger's boarding location).
